After our parents passed away, we had to sell a house in the Heidelberg area, and as a group of heirs, we couldn’t agree on anything at first. Everyone had different ideas, and to be honest, we were worried that the sale would lead to disputes.
The real estate agency did a truly outstanding job here. We were particularly impressed by their neutral and professional communication with everyone involved. Appointments, documents, and follow-up questions were organized in a clear and structured way, so we were always able to keep track of everything. They also took a lot of the work off our hands when it came to issues like clearing out the house, the energy performance certificate, and dealing with government agencies.
What was particularly impressive was this real estate agent’s market knowledge. The asking price was set realistically, and yet we ended up getting significantly more than we had originally expected. The house was sold to a lovely family, which was an added emotional comfort for us. Without this support, we would likely have endured months of stress. Instead, we were able to bring the matter to a fair and peaceful conclusion.

We sold our house in Mannheim after more than 30 years because, as we got older, the property simply became too big for us. To be honest, we were nervous about the whole process, since you hear so many negative stories these days. However, the real estate agency Up to Immobilien far exceeded our expectations.
Even during the very first visit, they took an extraordinary amount of time with us. It wasn’t just about the numbers, but also about what was personally important to us. We felt taken seriously and were never pressured. It was especially nice that they organized nearly everything—from the showings to coordinating with the notary. Their interactions with prospective buyers were very professional and respectful. Our house was presented with great care, and we always felt that quality was more important to them than closing deals quickly. In the end, they secured a very good price, and we were able to move into our new ground-floor apartment in Mannheim without any worries. This was a huge relief for us, and we remain grateful for their support to this day.

From the very beginning, everything was handled extremely professionally. Communication was fast, transparent, and modern, and even when I was already partially abroad, everything was handled digitally and without complications. I was particularly impressed by the marketing. The property was presented in a high-quality manner, and within a short time there were several serious prospective buyers, leading ultimately to a successful sale. I never would have thought that selling a property could be so stress-free! After a career change, I had to sell my condo in Heidelberg and was really worried about making mistakes or dealing with endless showings. But after just the first conversation, I was totally relieved. The service was incredibly dedicated and personalized. I was kept informed every step of the way and never felt like just “one of many clients.” I was particularly impressed by how perfectly my apartment was marketed. The listing looked like it came straight out of a magazine and immediately attracted the right prospective buyers.

Within no time at all, there were several offers, and in the end, the apartment sold for a price I really hadn’t expected. That made my fresh start in Frankfurt so much easier. As a result, I was able to start my new life much more relaxed and finally had the financial security I needed for my next step. I highly recommend them to all homeowners looking for a real estate agent who truly puts their heart into their work!

The property listing was exceptionally high-quality. The photos, the description, and even the drone footage showcased our home far better than we ever could have imagined.
