We bought a house with the help of Mr. Muckulis and now I can judge, without this help it would not have gone. Always responsive - even on Sundays - just for that a big THANK YOU.
You have all dates in view and that was really not easy!
All documents that were needed, where we had no idea of, Mr. Muckulis had explained to us in detail and worked with us. Video chats were possible at any time and at short notice, which really reassured us in some situations.
I was very skeptical and thought I could handle it on my own. In the course of the cooperation I was more and more glad to have a competent partner at my side. Recommendation 100%.

I was very satisfied with the consultation, I had the feeling that our brater went out of her way to find a good financing for our house and also the conditions achieved were in the end significantly better than with individual banks with which we were in contact. My assessment can be taken into account conditionally.
First of all, I was of course pleased to be accepted into Early Access (waiting time 1-2 months). Through a coincidental funding advice, I was nevertheless "included".

However, I am extremely positively surprised about the further course. Consulting, website and the appearance in general convinced me very much and we were able to present and finalize two external objects together with our consultant.
The advice, but also the creative impulses of Urbyo really make the real estate topic more tangible, especially for beginners in this field.
I would also like to positively praise the podcast from you. I really like the additional services that can be seen in detail and also the fresh appearance and design. Keep it up!
