I was satisfied with a contact person who took care of me.
However, my claim was not paid. Despite a tree on the roof and heavy rainfall that raised the water table. The statement was too old. Renovation backlog... They could have at least reimbursed me for the hours spent minimizing the damage. Or could have refunded me the premiums. Unfortunately I was not given notice immediately. I now have a pointless insurance policy until December 2024. Unfortunately, they won't let me out any sooner.
Too bad they had made a good impression.

We understand your displeasure. However, the enormous renovation backlog identified in this case is your fault as the owner. The obligation to maintain the property has not been fulfilled to a serious extent.
It should be added that, due to the condition of the building, no evidence of the existence of an insured risk has been provided.

Settlement of the reported damage was refused with reference to the agreed insurance conditions. Furthermore, we have to protect our community of insured persons with appropriate measures.
We have also offered you the opportunity to examine the continuation of the insurance contract by submitting a restoration plan.

Permanent camping insurance. Everything was uncomplicated and dealt with quickly.
Good that we have taken out permanent camping insurance. Fendt caravan windshield of over € 1070.00 with self-installation paid without any problems.

Claims settlement took a very long time due to the flood damage, unfortunately little communication during this time. Therefore only 3 stars for implementation service and advice. However, the settlement itself was carried out to our complete satisfaction.
