In VERMAS, we have found an extremely flexible partner who provides us with comprehensive advice on insurance and asset formation. Even in the case of "old debts" or spontaneous new insurance requirements, they provide comprehensive and, above all, rapid advice and establish the necessary contacts, e.g. with lawyers or tax advisors.

We have been satisfied customers of VERMAS for many years, first on site and now remotely thanks to Teams, WhatsApp, telephone and e-mail.

Situations and needs have changed over the past year and questions have arisen. These were answered in detail with good advice during the annual check-up and our contracts were optimized to our needs. Even spontaneous questions that arose were immediately explained and resolved. Customer service and advice are very important at Vermas and they take plenty of time for you at employee-friendly times of day. The customer is still king here. Many thanks for the many years of reliable support.

I had an in-depth consultation with Christian Vockrodt, in which he went through my current insurance situation and my life situation with me in a structured and detailed manner. I hadn't even considered some topics in terms of insurance; we were able to and will now adjust the insurance for other topics, which will also lead to savings for me. I can only recommend VERMAS completely independently and without judgment. The TEAM there is very knowledgeable and no problem or question went unanswered. We became VERMAS clients through our best friends.
We are both talented craftsmen. But taxes, finance and insurance are our "enemies"! At last we have someone who takes us by the hand and guides us through this unloved jungle. I never thought we would get order out of this chaos. We have built up a very trusting relationship with our advisor. One phone call, one message and there's light in the darkness again. Years ago, my brother repeatedly told me what an uncomplicated, customer-oriented and extremely competent service he enjoyed from his insurance broker, Jörg Hörner. Due to a change in my personal situation, I took the opportunity to have my "insurance jungle" sifted through and optimized by VERMAS.
Even the first contact with Jörg was very pleasant: I immediately felt understood and in good hands. He had a very clear and structured approach to the conversation and responded empathetically to my questions. Once my concerns were clear, he recommended his specialist, Philipp Jestel, who is also extremely competent and very knowledgeable. Philipp presented me with a solution tailored to my needs that left nothing to be desired. He was able to answer all my questions in a clear, patient and very well-structured manner (! not in "technical Chinese" !) and gave me a feeling of security - it feels really good!
My conclusion: I finally have an insurance broker with whom I feel safe, who deals with my situation in a solution-oriented way and who can explain what I want to know in my own language. Highly recommended!
