Vertranium's TakeOff training really impressed me. The practical orientation and the comprehensive know-how of the mentors exceeded my expectations.

The personal support during the training is particularly positive. The mentors take the time to respond to individual questions and adapt the calls to the needs of the participants. The practical exercises and case studies are extremely helpful for putting what you have learned into practice immediately.

Thanks to the different skills and experience of Marcel and Kevin, you simply have the concentrated sales knowledge to do your job successfully. By working together with the regular training sessions, new processes and systems, I was able to keep my appointment potential constantly high and therefore also my turnover. The trainers' expertise in the digital world and especially in our industry is worth its weight in gold. They always have the right solution for every challenge and are always ready to help. As I've been working with Vertranium for a while now, you might think that you'd run out of questions at some point. Quite the opposite. You can always learn something new from other people's questions and keep on learning. The processes and systems taught can be applied 1:1 and help you enormously in your day-to-day sales work. There is also a lot of emphasis on personal development, which has significantly improved my self-confidence. All in all, the overall concept is simply amazing and I'm glad to be part of it.

As a career changer, it wasn't easy to get into the financial sector at first. Fortunately, I had Marcel and his team at my side, who made it easy for me to enter the industry. Vertranium's training courses make it much easier for me to implement my sales activities, and the structured and clear processes make it much easier for me to deal with potential customers. I joined last year and got to know Vertranium through my mentor.
The training sessions are very professional, human and absolutely honest. Because Marcel and Kevin started out in the same way as their trainees, their training is absolutely practical and they can impart authentic knowledge based on their experience. The constant repetition of positioning themselves, conducting valuable and open discussions with clients, ignites a passion that makes you grow as a person and takes you to the next level.
I am absolutely thrilled with the patience, calm, strength and also passion with which Marcel and Kevin take us by the hand. I was able to develop my personality in a positive and qualitative way within a short space of time. Strengthen and consolidate my self-confidence. Kevin und Marcel machen ihre Arbeit tip-top. Wenn immer ich mich persoenlich wiederspreche oder bemerke der Enthusiasmus laesst nach, hab ich training mit den beiden und bin wie wieder aufgeladen. Den Mehrwert ihres trainings ist nun mal unschlagbar, und geben einem immer neue Blickwinkel um von seinem eigenem Schatten herauszuspringen.
