After my previous precautionary measures with regard to my retirement provision due to the inflation not taken into account in my investment forms (pension insurance, fund policies, etc.) which were advised to me by one can say wrong advice by "representatives of the insurance industry "now in the yield finally went down the drain, I have finally found the perfect form of my investment by a rented property. The all-round carefree package, nothing to worry about, collect rent and good is, has thrilled me. In 5 years, my tax burden will increase again, then I will buy again through VIA an additional Immo, perfect.

It is really a pity that one does not learn these connections already in the school! A Riester and/or basis or Rürup pension must hide despite the promotion (allowances and tax savings) behind this pension at zero cost!
