The coaching with Lothar was well structured from start to finish and helped me to get one step closer to my goal through various applications such as the communication square, the vicious circle model, or the Riemann-Thomann model according to Schulz von Thun. Furthermore, the coaching included the active practice of job interviews. Here I was able to work on myself through the guidance and tips from Lothar and strengthen myself and my behavior in this process and generally become more confident. I was also very pleased with Lothar's situational approach to each coaching session. Thank you for your support and the mental push ;-)

What I really liked about the coaching was the great structure. I had never attended a coaching session before. In the meantime, I have attended two other coaching sessions and can therefore draw my comparisons.
With the structure I mean the punctuality, so the coaching always started at the specified time and my individual questions were addressed very well. Of course there was a guideline, but it was not just stubbornly worked through.
I would recommend the coaching to anyone who would like to develop further like me and has difficulties to do that just by reading and trying out.
