Sonja works extremely customer-oriented, she is always available with advice and assistance, does things very quickly and shows very patient with us. :-)
The 360 degree FB provides our managers with an important basis for further developing their performance, competencies, strengths and potential for improvement. Blind spots or starting points for improvement can be identified and worked on, and good leadership work can also be appreciated.
