Viktor was approachable, patient with excellent time management skills. He conducted the short course in a highly professional way, was open to questions & discussion without losing focus on topic or timespan. It was in stark contrast to a 3-day course prior to Viktor's where I personally felt frustrated at the shallow content and phased out topics over three long sessions. I would absolutely recommend Viktor to anyone looking for interview and cv coaching, esp. using AI tools.

The course was very deep and did show me a large introduction into automated job and offer search and (if necessary / desired) application. Although, the course could be a bit too complex for everyone, I believe in the will of the people to improve and understand! I wish him all the best and success as far as fate could bring it and he could shape! Whoever want to use AI and automation for something (especially applications etc), he can help!

I have experienced how AI opens up completely new possibilities in coaching. I met Viktor during a comprehensive full-time training course (as a digital HR manager) at a state-funded academy. He always provided me with practical help and was an experienced contact person for all questions relating to my future career steps. I gained the positive impression that Viktor Lehr is one of those lecturers who constantly keeps up to date with the latest labor market trends (especially when it comes to topics related to AI!). I am sure that Viktor's skills as a one-on-one coach or on-site coach at small businesses or large corporations are even more valuable than they were in my former distance learning program.

Coaching with Viktor was a real enrichment for me – both personally and professionally. From the very beginning, I felt that I was in good hands and understood. With a great deal of empathy, clarity, and a motivating manner, he guided me through the process and helped me discover new perspectives.
