Viktor was one of my instructors in the AI Manager course offered by Hilker Consulting. His introductions to Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Design were very well-structured and helpful. In just one afternoon, I was able to build a fully functional prototype of a web app for voice-based documentation in nursing. Viktor is highly competent, friendly, and personable. I can wholeheartedly recommend him as an instructor and coach!

I got to know Viktor Lehr as a lecturer/coach in the AI Manager course. I really liked his calm, relaxed manner and his structured explanation of complex topics. He works very professionally and conscientiously and creates a pleasant learning atmosphere. I found it particularly positive that he explains difficult content in an understandable way, step by step. I can definitely recommend him as a coach and lecturer.

As a trainer, Viktor was a real asset to our AI Manager course. His competence, his in-depth technical expertise, his curiosity to discover and share new things, coupled with his friendly manner and his ability to engage with each participant, made the days with him a real experience. He knew how to convey complex content in a clear and understandable way, to take a back seat when necessary, and had the ability to listen as well as skillfully guide discussions and set guidelines. I would gladly take another course with him anytime.

Viktor is an outstanding lecturer in the field of artificial intelligence. His training course from October to the end of 2025 was technically sound, practice-oriented, and motivating. I was particularly impressed by his ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way and to respond to questions individually.
It is clear that he not only imparts knowledge, but also lives and breathes a genuine enthusiasm for the subject. I can wholeheartedly recommend his courses—both for beginners and advanced learners who want to truly understand AI and apply it in practice.

I got to know Viktor Lehr through the Ki Manager course. He taught me a lot, and it was clear that he knows what he's talking about. He was able to answer every question we had very precisely. I also really appreciate his commitment beyond the classroom. He even took time out of his personal schedule to answer more of my questions in a video call. I recommend Viktor in every respect! Great guy.

Viktor was approachable, patient with excellent time management skills. He conducted the short course in a highly professional way, was open to questions & discussion without losing focus on topic or timespan. It was in stark contrast to a 3-day course prior to Viktor's where I personally felt frustrated at the shallow content and phased out topics over three long sessions. I would absolutely recommend Viktor to anyone looking for interview and cv coaching, esp. using AI tools.

I was really surprised by how some HR departments select application documents. Thanks to Viktor Lehr's deep experience in this area, the process has become much clearer to me. He clearly explained different details, such as the Tools and Platform, that can help make our profiles on our CVs more visible. It seems the AI Tools can do much more than I previously thought, especially for applicants.
