The quality of the training was very high. Regular breaks and a small group size were very conducive to a pleasant learning environment.
Everything in the script was discussed and questions that had nothing to do with the training were answered. I am therefore very happy to give 5 stars for advice/implementation/customer service.

Unfortunately, too few practical tasks were carried out in the training. Even after the trainer had been informed, there was no real in-depth discussion of the topic in question.

In principle, it would be helpful if exercises had to be carried out by each participant and the trainer provided advice.

During the exercises demonstrated by the trainer, there were some errors that were caused by the user (trainer). This should not happen during a training.
