I liked the IT mover, but this is my second training and therefore it was partly a bit uninteresting, because I already knew this information, such as labor rights, etc.. Otherwise I was satisfied.
Mike Bergmann and his team as well as the training itself were very helpful and showed me skills and brought me closer to topics that I would not have had without the IT Mover.
I found the narration of the course very good, but I would have liked more background graphics or picture examples. In general, I found the way of speaking good, unfortunately, the voice became quite monotonous towards the middle of the video, which has made listening more difficult.
I would recommend Visoma to everyone.
Since I had no experience at all in a system house before, I am very grateful for the video course ITMOVER! I was able to develop my knowledge in the field and in everyday life I finally understand some processes better.

During the onboarding video course, extra documents were added and the experiences that were talked about are perfect practical examples where you can imagine everything very well. With such practical examples, everything seems much more sympathetic.
Many useful tips were taught and some topics were refreshed. It also makes sense for IT employees who have been working for a while to take a look at the course.
I find that the IT mover is particularly useful for people who come straight out of school and don't yet have much knowledge of how a company structure is set up and how to behave. It also gives a good overview of the basics of the IT industry.
I would recommend Visoma because the IT mover is a mix of:

- and opportunities to work on one's soft skills

Highly recommended! It covers many topics that apply to almost every IT company. Some topics I had not even on the screen although it is so logical and simple. This course is also very interesting for existing employees. I booked the course for myself as a boss and was able to pull out many impulses.
