I have been a Buddenbrock customer since 2017. More favorable offers for comparable or better insurance cover were found and some areas that I had previously neglected were covered. Thanks to the investment advice, I now have a little more than I would have had without it. I am regularly informed about all new documents etc. in connection with my contracts. I am satisfied.

I needed advice on an occupational disability insurance policy. Mr. Wolter asked me some questions and the very next day I received a very detailed email with three options. He answered all my questions and also helped me through the application process on the phone. The entire process went smoothly and all phone calls were very pleasant. I would recommend him to others.

My contact person, Mr. Stefan Czech, was always very helpful and was able to handle my request (support for the old pension contract) completely and to my fullest satisfaction.
This is how I imagine a service to be. Unfortunately, you find this less and less these days! Thanks to Mr. Czech, I will always have fond memories of von Buddenbrock's services.

Stefan Czech advised me professionally, competently, and in a friendly manner on my concerns regarding occupational pension plans. Where can you still find something like that in the age of impersonal call centers? He and von Buddenbrock can be unreservedly recommended in every respect.

Mr. Wolter was very friendly, took enough time to answer our questions and make various calculations. All the documents sent were very well prepared, so everything essential could be found quickly. We were also given time to look at everything in peace, without any pressure from the consultant for a quick conclusion. The advice was detailed, well-founded and understandable. We would use the services of Buddenbrock Concepts GmbH again at any time.

I was advised by Mr. Wolter on occupational disability insurance. He advised me competently and explained all the advantages and disadvantages of my insurance options, which enabled me to choose the best solution for me. Communication was always very friendly and feedback was quick. Through the consultation, I was able to purchase disability insurance that took into account all my wishes. I can only recommend the consultation.

I had requested quotes for occupational disability insurance via a portal. Mr. Wolter immediately contacted me by phone and then by e-mail to clarify any open questions. A short time later, I received offers from various companies.

I was very impressed with the level of detail with which Mr. Wolter broke down the offers for me and tailored them to my specific situation. The combination of factual expertise and personal assessment based on his many years of professional experience gave me a very trustworthy impression. All my questions were answered promptly, courteously, patiently and competently, so I was happy to take out the insurance with him. I am very grateful to Mr. Wolter for his commitment and am happy to recommend him.
