During an inspection of the construction site, we were advised in advance in a very competent and friendly manner about the course of action. The required data was recorded almost casually in the company's own app, which then issued the fixed price. This had no T&C loopholes, so it ended up being the invoice amount. The staff who then pulled the project through over the next two days were very professional and thoughtful. Everything went exactly according to plan! Many thanks to all!

An all-round successful job! Apartment in the 5th piece with only small elevator of a deceased family member should be decluttered. Short-term appointment promise for initial inspection with subsequent offer. On inquiry learned that the material is disposed of rather than recycled due to the current situation. Afterwards in self-direction still usable resold, donated, etc.. Short-term and flexible new significantly cheaper offer received and then accepted. Clearing appointment was set at very short notice and the tasks independently and neatly done. At the end, pictures of the cleared apartment received via WhatsApp and personal acceptance with handover of keys carried out. Staff consistently friendly, flexible and accommodating. Always standing by with good tips.

We had to dissolve a family apartment in Cologne on the right bank of the Rhine. The telephone contact was quickly established and immediately arranged a viewing appointment for calculation. The promptly following household liquidation, including a complete kitchen, went as quickly and cleanly as possible. The most striking thing: The guys from the team were extremely friendly, enormously enthusiastic and helpful. I didn't even have to show up for the removal, I got the pictures of the empty apartment sent to me via WhatsApp. Even the neighbors were so enthusiastic that I directly passed on the contact "Von den Roten". Lasting strikingly good service is always the guarantee for success. So keep it up, we'll see each other again for sure.
