Ms. Schacht responded very well to our need for information and the unusual consulting situation (disability insurance for three children/young adults) and did an excellent job of processing and explaining the information. Special mention should be made of her good resubmission system, with which she kept us "on track" so that we were able to hold out until the insurance policies were taken out despite long processing times on our part.

Over two years ago, a good friend recommended the Vordenker team to me. Due to some changes in my life situation, there was a need to deal with the big issue of insurance. And with it: many different types of insurance, many more insurers, and lots of confusing and unnecessarily complex information brochures with small print.

Sophie (insurance broker at Vordenker) helped me to break down the complex topic of insurance into understandable sections. This gave me a good understanding of the relevant insurance policies.

My goal was and is to be neither overinsured nor underinsured. At the same time, I want to be able to react agilely to changes in the future. The interim conclusion: I feel very comfortable, at ease and very supported in making the right decisions and taking the necessary steps. Without Vordenker, I can't and wouldn't want to imagine the topic of "insurance" anymore and can therefore only warmly recommend them. Thank you very much for everything :)

For a long time, I was looking for various insurance carriers that were a good fit for me and my profession. Since there are so many options, I did not want to make this decision alone and contacted the "masterminds" through recommendations. My contact person was Sophie Uteß.
Directly in the first contact I had told her about my ideas and what is important to me. Here, Sophie asked some specific questions so that she could get the best possible offer for me.

For the next appointment I came especially to Berlin. Since it was important to me that we go through the offers together and also conclude.
I must say that I was very enthusiastic about the presentation, which was professionally prepared. Since I personally don't really know about insurance, what to look out for etc.. Sophie was able to explain it to me as simply as possible, so that it was also fun to listen to her. In all, I was mega happy with the service, how much effort and time Sophie takes for one. If you have questions, she is good to reach via email or times a callback needs.
I can only warmly recommend the masterminds. A young, dedicated team and always with 110% there!

I have been receiving advice and support from Sophie on the subject of retirement planning for a few months now. I really have to say, I feel so well taken care of at the agency and would not want to miss her as my broker / advisor. All products are explained, if necessary, to the smallest detail and also times so that it really understands everyone. Sophie really knows her stuff, is super friendly and takes care of all your needs. For me, it was definitely the right decision to switch to the masterminds and I look forward to further cooperation.

I am more than satisfied with the consultations and the support in the event of a claim.

Sophie took a lot of time to transparently explain the options in the various insurance areas and worked with me to select the best options and set them in motion.
If I had any questions before taking out the insurance, afterwards or in the event of a claim, I always received very prompt feedback. In the event of a claim, communication with the insurance company was handled by the Vordenker team, and thanks to regular follow-up by the team, the claim was settled quickly.

So far, the conversations have always been digital and the contract signatures and contract overview are also uncomplicated via the Internet - apart from the insurance certificates, there is no paperwork at home.

I am glad to have found the Vordenker team for my insurance matters and would recommend them at any time.

For several years now, I have been seeking advice from Ms. Utess regarding my insurance and retirement plans. I am not only impressed by the quick and uncomplicated advice, but also by the independent suggestions and considerations for changing insurers if there are better offers or the processing procedures are not satisfactory.
I have the positive feeling that the customers are always the focus here, the work is taken off my hands and I am always informed about advantages and disadvantages as well as alternatives.
The prepared information is always comprehensible, no matter what level of knowledge was already available in the respective areas.

Through my own research, I came across the two brokers from Vordenker Sophie and Aylin.
Since I found the appearance on their homepage to be very likeable, transparent and, above all, down-to-earth, I actively sought contact with the two of them in order to tackle the beautiful topic of "old-age provision". Of course, the positive reviews also played their part.
What can I say? From the first phone call to our meeting, the positive reviews and my feelings were confirmed. In addition, Sophie was able to respond to my prepared, in-depth questions with her expertise in an excellent way that I could understand.
I am extremely happy to now have someone at my side who could accompany me through the whole insurance jungle and solve imparted beliefs from my parents' house.
I am so incredibly grateful for this! I can highly recommend the two brokers from Vordenker without hesitation!

Through a personal recommendation I became aware of the insurance brokers "Vordenker" and am overall very satisfied and would also recommend you. The consultation takes place at eye level. My broker, Ms. Uteß, took ample time to explain to me and to go into various aspects of the insurance product in the depth of detail I desired. The communication regarding organizational aspects and the next steps to be taken was also very good. Furthermore, I find it very practical to have online access to all concluded insurance contracts through the portal provided.
