We can only recommend the real estate agent "vubmakler" 100%. We would like to thank Mrs. Maaß in particular. She is simply a realtor with "heart, brain and expertise" and so her professional and human support was also excellent. Ms. Maaß's sovereign, friendly and competent manner gave us the feeling from the very first contact that nothing could go wrong. And so it was. The sale of our house went quickly and without complications. Mrs. Maaß really took care of everything, from the exposé to the meter reading after the sale. She was always available and had an answer to all our questions. Many thanks to Mrs. Maaß as well as the whole team, any time again!!!

The clerk Ms. Claudia Maaß dominated by above-average expertise, which in part also went beyond the real estate sector. The non-binding nature of the advice was also pleasant, as it was not clear whether the planned transaction would be realized. I have rarely felt so fair and objectively advised.

Mrs. Maaß took such good care of the entire process of selling the house! We felt professionally and competently accompanied from the beginning and were only confirmed in our confidence. Our questions were always answered promptly and in the end a better sales price came out for us than we would have expected. Mrs. Maaß also kept the contact with the buyers very prudent and discreet.
