The store is nicely laid out and illustrated. The order of what you need was accordingly simple. The payment option via direct debit via Paypal was very easy and hassle-free, especially if you, like me, have no account at all with Paypal. The delivery time of 2 working days over the weekend was fully ok. The whole thing was of course rounded off by the enclosed gummy bears. :)
It does not have to be Amazon, the dealer around the corner in Germany can do it just as well.

Goods top and the processing can not be done better. But, DPD as a logistic partner is not the best choice. The package arrived very promptly, but the delivery was made without regard to my desired date and the package was simply placed in front of the door although I had not allowed DPD. This time DPD was just lucky.

After our own first, incorrect order, the reversal was simple and problem-free. In the then used advice / support for the selection of the most suitable box for us, was detailed to the planned use, the framework conditions, interfaces, etc. dealt with. The second box was also delivered super fast and now graces our garage/carport. Exemplary and therefore highly recommended : )

Thank you very much for the positive feedback. Unfortunately, the current delivery situation for some products is also very unsatisfactory for us. First the increased demand due to the KFW subsidy, then the Corona lockdowns and now the current chip crisis. Many manufacturers have not been able to cope with this so easily and it is having an impact on delivery times.

Too bad that the description is supplied only in English. The chip was not recognizable to us as an accessory for the wallbox. Assembly was easy, with YouTube to install well. Supplied tool to open the wallbox we could not use. Goes but also good with a screwdriver. We did not make use of customer service.

I think with the chip you mean our free gift. We include a free RFID key fob with many wallboxes with RFID authorization. Apparently we still have to think about something so that these are also recognized as such :-)

The delivery time was specified at the time of order with 2-5 working days. The order was placed on a Thursday evening, the shipment directly on Friday and the delivery on the following Monday morning. So after already 2 working days, or 3 if you want to count the Saturday. Here we have more than kept our delivery promise, so I can not quite understand your criticism "long delivery time" at this point.

As payment method we offer:
- Paypal
- Credit card Master/Visa (via Paypal)
- Direct debit (via Paypal)
- Bank transfer (with 1,5% discount)

Which payment method did you miss or would you have preferred? We may be able to offer this to our customers in the future as well.
