Thanks to many years of experience and cooperation with various suppliers, Mr. Wolber was able to offer us a tailor-made special solution (metal frame instead of wooden substructure, free-standing with height-adjustable feet). We are completely satisfied.

I called around 17:00 in the afternoon and reported a defect in my waterbed.
After 1 hour Mr. Wolber was with us, looked at the defective bed and then advised us.
After about 2-3 hours we were able to enjoy a fully functional bed.

We are extremely satisfied. After my waterbed sprung a leak this morning at around 10.00 a.m., I contacted Mr. Wolber. After analyzing the problem over the phone and agreeing on an absolutely fair fixed price, the problem was solved by 2.30 pm. Mr. Wolber was extremely punctual.
We have rarely experienced such a customer and service-oriented expert.
When Mr. Wolber also offered to offset the repair costs against a possible spare parts order, we were finally impressed.
we were definitely impressed. Hats off!
We can recommend Mr. Wolber without reservation.

We can recommend Mr. Wolber 100%. Our waterbed at the time had a leak. Man on business trip....how do I get the mattresses empty and the bed dismantled without damage. I found Mr. Wolber's contact on the Internet and called him to ask if he had any ideas on how to deal with the situation. He came by spontaneously and at short notice, before a customer appointment, that morning and pumped both mattresses empty. Without his help, I really would have had a big problem. Now, a good six months later, we have contacted Mr. Wolber again regarding a new waterbed. It took less than 2 weeks from calling to arrange an appointment to the installation of the bed. Mr. Wolber is very reliable, punctual, he talks to the customer and you can tell straight away that he knows what he's doing!

Called in the morning at about 11:00 a.m. about defective waterbeds, made a short phone call, sent a photo of the old beds and in the afternoon around 5:00 p.m. Mr. Wolber was at our home with new beds.
