In the offer phase, Mr. Heidel was a competent Anspechpartner, who explained us with his sympathetic and attentive manner the advantages and disadvantages of the two offered heat pump systems and patiently answered all arising questions professionally competent and made our decision easy.
In the office, Mrs. Barnickel was an extremely friendly and helpful first contact person who was always available to answer questions and solve problems. For her, it was also a matter of course to fill out and send off the subsidy application for us - without any additional costs, of course.
The removal of the old heat pump and the installation of the new system on site was also carried out by a friendly and competent installation crew.
The competence and expertise of Wechner's sales representative deserves special mention. Our old heat pump never ran satisfactorily and exhibited increasingly frequent defects and error messages. In desperation, we contacted Wechner, who immediately sent Mr. Keller over, even though our old system was not installed by Wechner! Despite the "foreign" system, Mr. Keller located and corrected several errors. He then kept our old heating system alive for another 2 years.

We have been using a heat pump installed by Wechner for about 20 years. Wechner helped us a lot to find a new heating system for our low-energy house. Already from the first meeting we were convinced to be in good hands. A very sympathetic team (familiar and great expertise) helped us with the assessment of the situation on site, the selection of the complete system, the offer up to the installation and commissioning to a new and well-functioning heating. However, in our opinion, what is worth even more is a customer service you can rely on.

This is the second heat pump I have purchased through Wechner. My first heat pump was just over 30 years old. From this satisfaction, I immediately chose the company Wechner again for the new heat pump and was very satisfied with the entire process. I always had good contact and also from the office best help and support. I can only recommend Firama in the best possible way.

The company Wechner in Schongau is with your entire team only to recommend. We have decided some time ago for a Heliotherm WP (perfect company !!) from Wechner and are still very satisfied with the service and quality of the WP.

Wechner is simply a competent company. We have been a customer for 20 years and heating/hot water has always been carefree. So that's how it works, too, and this quality and service may also have its price.
Also good: Despite low maintenance requirements, the company is concerned about old customer contact. And the implementation of guidelines for subsidies, which is incomprehensible to laymen, was competently supported.
