After our guest toilet was created by the Weinkopf company about 1.5 years ago, we have also awarded the bathroom renovation of our main bathroom to the Weinkopf company. The planning as well as the execution of the extensive work by Holger Blum (planner) and Alexander Müller (craftsman) with his team were excellent. The schedule was kept, difficulties were solved immediately and we could go to Mr. Blum or Mr. Müller with all questions and comments.
We are very happy to award five stars here and can recommend the Weinkopf company without exception.

I wanted to pass along another word of praise and express my thanks. After now just under 4 months with our new heat pump.
At the beginning of December was a longer cold spell with sub-zero temperatures with us. My colleague, who also received a new heat pump in September 22 through another company, is now already moaning about the switching on of the heating rod, he had malfunctions that no one could really fix ... well end of story, he now already has a huge electricity back payment.
Thank you for the top advice and exact calculation of the right heat pump for us. Thank you for the support. We did not even have the heater on despite low temperatures. Thank you for the online support (our heating is connected via lan cable online with the company weinkopf) and the permanent check of the heat quantity and the fine adjustments.

The complete renovation of the bathroom on the upper floor as well as the complete installation of a new brine/water heat pump system from alpha innotec including 3x deep drilling and the dismantling of the existing oil heating system was implemented very well within a period of about 7 months.

Three warranty cases (a wall tile and two bathroom furniture) were solved in the best way and to the fullest satisfaction.

The entire heat pump system has now been running flawlessly and completely trouble-free for about a year. Expectations, especially in terms of COP and heat output, have been met in full.

All employees are highly qualified, competent in consulting, punctual, helpful and very friendly. Almost 100% all trades "work hand in hand" and very clean. Agreements on deadlines are kept or a postponement is communicated in time. Rework is carried out at short notice. We had a bathroom renovation and a completely new bathroom done by Weinkopf and are very satisfied with everything. Definitely worth recommending :-)!
