Real Madrid against FC Barcelona. I can only say it was really great, everything was just perfect. The hotel, the proximity to the stadium, the seats in the stadium and the flights. I can only recommend Fanreisen24 & Weiss Touristik. Everyone was very helpful and I felt very well looked after and informed. If I had any questions, there was always someone available who could help me immediately.

Our expectations were fully met. The food on the train in particular was excellent. The staff on the train and in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this trip with Weiss Touristik to everyone.

Too bad that different room categories were assigned for the same price! Either everyone has a
balcony, or nobody! Only because we didn't shout loudly did we get a room under the roof next to the ventilation!
the ventilation! Also, the change of route was only announced after booking and even then the loud screamers got a discount...

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that the allocated room did not meet your expectations. There was an option to get a room with a guaranteed sea view for an extra charge.
A balcony category could not be booked as there are only a few rooms with a balcony. The All or None request would not have allowed us to accommodate all guests in the fantastic Palace Bellvue. One customer requested this room type separately and was therefore able to change to a balcony room on the second day. Of course we try to help when people ask us about it. We were also on site. Of course, we have no influence on the short-term closure of a section of the railroad line.

Everything was fine on the part of Weiss Touristik. Only in the hotel we had a room in which a cigar had probably been smoked beforehand. After a day the smell was a little less intense.
And Weiss Touristik really can't be held responsible for the now almost usual stress with Lufthansa ... ;-)
All in all, highly recommended!

All-round successful and competent.
If anything could be optimized, it would be the service/contact between booking, down payment and final payment, sending of documents. I would have liked a little message in between: "Money has arrived" or "Soon it will be ready" or "Your documents are on their way".
In any case, I will book again.

Unbelievably endeavored and competent personnel - Mr. Weiss was available for us 24/7 and has stood by us with words and deeds !!!! ( our flight was canceled and we had to rebook everything - without the help of Mr. Weiss and his team we could not have enjoyed our vacation so . We will book our next vacation for sure again with Weiß Touristik !!!!
