- Professional order management, so that correspondences are documented and internally in case of substitution the issue can be quickly taken over and processed.

Feedback from this questionnaire relates exclusively to the use of mandatory training:
- Legal certainty for internal and external audits (reporting, overview of contents, learning success control).
- Individual allocation of WBTs (thus organization also possible for several locations and different instruction roll-outs)
- Very good customer support by Michael Rustler-Schecke and his team (quick feedback, goal-oriented communication, quick resolution of problems, easy to reach, quick and effective solutions, overall good customer support)
- Especially since the new design: very good structure and layout of the mandatory instructions, appealing layout and good, creative and content-related implementation of company-specific content
