Mr. Jörß assisted us in the purchase of our first condominium. The purchase process was somewhat difficult due to numerous circumstances beyond our control (not least the Corona measures). However, Mr. Jörß has been available to us at all times with advice and support and has been great, patient and extremely competent the whole way. We feel well cared for and advised with Mr. Jörß, because he conducted an informal and pleasant viewing and clearly made an effort to answer all our questions - if necessary even with inquiries to the owners or the notary and callbacks. He allowed us additional viewings and discussions and advised and instructed us on all other points (financing, procedure of the purchase contract, etc.), which took away much of our uncertainty! His very cheerful and always good-humored manner has made possible and even facilitated the very big step for us - thank you very much for everything and always stay as you are!
