The purchase of a building in a protected and listed historic core entails special attention from the Broker in the purchase phase. A building, not a condominium, but joined with other buildings, must be analyzed in all its details. There are rights of way, overhangs (i.e., entering rooms belonging to the neighbor) that enter (overhang) each other's dwelling, without being a floor property. Here I would recommend increasing attention to these particularities that are not exceptional in historic cores.
