we have decided to buy a Triad in spring 2019. The on-site consultation in Hanover was very good and we quickly came to an agreement regarding the purchase price. My wife and I were really excited and were looking forward to using the new purchase in the garden. We immediately took care of the electricity connection as well as the concrete slab for the safe straight stand of the pool.
One of the arguments for buying a Dimension one hot tub was to have a repair service. That this would be the main contact within a very short time after the arrival and installation of the pool, we would never have expected in retrospect. After all, the previous qualitative impression was convincing.
At the beginning of July 2019, the pool was installed, in mid-July 2019 water ran out of the hot tub. Overall, it was decided together with the repair service to repair the pool in the workshop in Achim. So the pool was picked up and was not available for weeks.
After the hot tub Triad was delivered after the extensive repair it took about a month until the next defect occurred.
In 2021 and 2022 permanent failures of the hot tub Triad were a sad reality. Even currently, the pool is not completely usable, various massage jets simply do not work.
Weeks always pass from the notification of the defect to the repair. We paid for the unit immediately and all we expect is that the hot tub works completely. It is not about criticizing minor defects but the constant failure of various massage jets as well as the program unit for selecting massage programs is a serious defect from our point of view. It is the function of the massage jets that represents a spa in its value.
The service staff always behaves courteously both on the phone and on site. I would like to emphasize that.
At the moment we are waiting again (for weeks) for a repair date. A final solution is currently not available.
