In our team coaching, Mr. Schröter first clarified the basics and then addressed the various problem areas of the group. He has a fine sense for leading the group to results. He did this with just the right balance of group dynamics and guided facilitation. There was enough room to address the critical things. However, this was always done with the idea of developing a solution to the problem. Mr. Schröter skillfully understands how to lead the group to a common consensus and thus to a successful team coaching for ALL.
I would book Mr. Schröter again at any time. Follow-up appointments are already being planned.
