Specialization
wir leben haus is all about "nature-conscious living". This is not about eco or bio, but about the quality of a building material in terms of its environmental compatibility and thus its compatibility for the occupant. Through the use of low-emission and environmentally friendly materials, a functioning quality management and the right ventilation concept, we achieve a high air quality, a pleasant smell and thus a wonderful feeling of living in our houses. We think from the inside out. As we spend more and more time indoors, we take a close look at the interior on the basis of the materials to be installed. Of course, this also applies to architecture. Not in a gimmicky way and only viewed from the outside, but planned from the inside out. If the spatial concept is right, the architecture will also be right from the outside.
Our philosophy is to invest in the building envelope and only then in the technology. Because the energy that is not lost does not have to be heated at high cost.
Our vision of the intelligent, energy-autonomous building (the house without energy costs) ultimately ensures our customers a higher pension in old age and expensive energy modernizations are not even necessary.
Due to our all-round package as well as a functioning construction process, we are in a position to erect complex and sophisticated buildings on a turnkey basis at a high level.
