While looking for a senior facility for my 87-year-old mother, I was directed to the platform "Wohnen im Alter" via www.hilfe-zur-pflege.org. After a corresponding inquiry, I very quickly received a response with a total of eleven facilities in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, only one of these facilities had responded, but it did not correspond, after appropriate inspection, the ideas of my mother. On information, customer service and the website itself of "Wohnen im Alter" I can only give a positive assessment. To use a quote from an earlier advertisement of the directory assistance, quote: "Here you will be helped!" end of quote.
A highly recommended help site for anyone looking for help, care and/or support for the elderly.

Unfortunately, there was actually only one (Curanum Hennef) response to 22 inquiries via their portal. We find that very unfortunate.
In the end, we did not move into Haus am Eipbach via their portal, but via numerous personal telephone calls to this facility.
It's a pity, but a good idea still needs some

That the website exists at all is a great thing. Unfortunately, I came across it only by chance. Only the response rate is unfortunately very sad. The site itself is great. I had no contact with the customer center, so I can not say anything.
