The cooperation with WORTLAND was absolutely uncomplicated and very professional right from the start. After a joint analysis of the current situation, a concrete plan was drawn up for our in-house training in communication and negotiation. A realistic time frame, a concrete objective and 2 suggested trainers for the respective key topics made it possible to start the seminar very quickly. The costs were very fair from the outset and were communicated transparently. Our colleagues were able to learn a lot from the trainers about communication and negotiation skills in general, but were also given very practical individual guidance with regard to everyday situations and prepared for future everyday situations. Many thanks for this professional support - a clear recommendation!

I was very skeptical at the beginning, because people tend to have prejudices against coaches in the personal area. But Nadine managed to create a trusting environment from the beginning, so that I could address all topics without fear. Therefore, I was able to achieve my goal super and the effect continues and gives me many tips on how I can act in such situations in the future.

My moderation coaching was super. All my points were discussed with me by my two coaches and possible solutions were shown. In addition, I was given many tips and techniques that gave me a good basis for my future role as a moderator. I was able to openly address issues and concerns with both coaches, and these were dealt with in a trusting and solution-oriented manner together with me. The coordination of the coaching appointments was also done in a professional and very friendly manner. In my opinion, another session would have been good to discuss a few remaining topics. However, this can also be done as part of a follow-up coaching session, which I will gladly do again at Wortland.

I enjoyed my personal rhetoric training very much and it was incredibly beneficial for me. Each training session was individually arranged and with one or the other AH effect for me. I was able to take away a lot for my daily work and I'm looking forward to implementing it in 2023! Again and again with pleasure.

I had special needs for my daughter and she got a personalized program. The teacher understood straightaway what my daughter needed and adapted the sessions accordingly. The teacher was very motivating and although my daughter was reluctant at the beginning about taking German lessons, she rapidly changed her mind and became enthusiastic.

I had a very edge case.

German is my second language and I was very good at it but I haven't practiced it in 20 years when I moved to Munich. Wortland was the perfect thing I needed. Plain and simple I needed someone to customise a course for me that would not ignore the basics I have forgotten but also not going through all of them without covering more advanced topics that I needed in everyday life.

And all of that happened while I was juggling work and new life in Germany.

After looking around for quite some time I found Wortland and they've provided the best experience for my needs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone to try.
