The advice we received on the selection of our insurance policies was comprehensive and easy to understand. The contact is always friendly and accommodating. And finally, when an insurance claim occurred, the processing and forwarding to the insurer was fast and without complications.

After I was expertly advised by Mr. Halweg at WuP at the time of the preparation service, I now had the pleasure with Mr. Goolsby. In both cases, especially the current (corona-related telephone + online) consultation, I always felt courteous and comprehensively advised. Mr. Goolsby took the time to answer even supposedly trivial questions about VWL, retirement planning and fund savings plans in a comprehensive and knowledgeable manner. In contrast to other economic and financial consultations, at no time was it suggested that one was a layman. Rather, the existing knowledge was patiently and customer-oriented, and based on this knowledge, individual savings plans were developed in a transparent and targeted manner according to the customer's wishes and needs. I am glad to have come across WuP at that time and would unreservedly recommend the team and employees, both for referees and finished teachers!

In my experience, customer satisfaction is the number one priority for the team at WUP.

The employees took a lot of time to provide comprehensive and competent advice, during which all my questions were clarified in an understandable manner and to my complete satisfaction. In addition, I received many good tips and advice that helped me choose the right insurance for me. In particular, I found the offer of a direct comparison of different insurers with regard to all conceivable issues very helpful.

I can therefore only recommend the WUP!

Mit Hilfe der stets freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Berater habe ich schon viele Versicherungen über diesen Dienst abgeschlossen. Vor allen Dingen gefällt mir, dass man mir gut zuhört, meine Anliegen ernst nimmt und mir immer zeitnah gute Möglichkeiten und Alternativen bezüglich meiner Versicherungen erläutert und anbietet, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.
