In order to offer you my products permanently at a favorable price, we have been doing without an electronic cash register since day one and rely on self-service and payment. Fairness and... trust are basic requirements, because only "paid" goods taste good.
In my store you will find a delicious selection of my fresh products from our own, sustainable and regional production. Traditional canned sausage and meat, coarse farmer sausages, Swabian Maultauschen and regional potatoes from my own farm as well as eggs and pasta from the poultry farm Hermann Hiller from Bondorf.

Have just eaten pork steaks in herb butter from the self-service store Kern in Ehningen, which offer the products of Wurschdwerk. Super tender meat, very well seasoned. Have still smoked Wurschd bought and look forward to it.
Very satisfied with everything.Whether beef or pork, the meat for grilling was the cracker. Especially the barbecue maultaschen, delicious. I come again.

Meanwhile, I no longer get any meat in the supermarket but in the SB-Häusle, because it is simply cheaper than in the butcher's shop and you can taste the difference in quality immediately. Invited guests also get only positive feedback on the meat - super tasty!
