My coaching with Xenia was a super experience! Xenia chose very appropriate models and methods to accompany me on my journey and did a great job supporting me in gaining more clarity in my concerns.

Using different models, Xenia encouraged me to sort out my thoughts and clarify my personal goals. Her methods were very effective and helped me to dive into the coaching experience and gain valuable insights.

The combination of Xenia's professional approach, her empathetic nature and the appropriate methods made the coaching a great experience. I can absolutely recommend coaching with Xenia, especially for those who are looking for an experienced coach who works in a mindful and experiential way and still does not lose sight of the goal!

I was very surprised about how deep coaching can go. I also realized in the session how important it is to recognize the deep-seated inner structures in yourself BEFORE you strive for a change on the outside. Xenia professionally and empathetically guided me there (to this recognition), showed me my strengths and motivated me in presenting myself more with them. Thank you, Xenia🙏🏻

Through Xenia's quiet, attentive but also uncomplicated nature, I quickly gained trust and felt comfortable. I was even able to engage in role play, which had an eye-opening effect despite initial skepticism. Xenia doesn't just follow a program, but looks at what is needed individually. She helped me a lot with this.

The interview with Xenia Jürgensen was excellent! Starting with the perfect atmosphere and the professional, authentic setting, to the content of the conversation. For the professional and private area of application, new insights were worked out with precisely fitting methods and models, which will continue to have an effect on me for a long time. Xenia Jürgensen's attentive, empathetic presence made any worries about being able to speak openly and confidently vanish into thin air and opened the doors of communication wide. Her competent and sensitive guidance, especially in emotionally difficult situations, is exemplary. All this embedded in healthy humor and great expertise. With an enormously sensitive feeling and careful assistance, she helped me to understand myself, my difficulties and confusion better and, above all, to accept them better. Through her calm and empathetic approach, Ms. Jürgensen created an atmosphere in my coaching in which I was able to let go very quickly and share my thoughts/problems. Through her targeted questions, I was able to better understand my blockages, analyze them together with her and thus find ways to better deal with them in the future.

Xenia is an extremely pleasant, friendly person. After only a short time she managed to create an atmosphere in which I felt comfortable and willing to share very intimate thoughts. Within 2 sessions, with Xenia's help, I was able to identify blocking beliefs, patterns & structures, classify them and transform them. I heartily recommend Xenia to others!

I found the coaching with Xenia super! She has a very sympathetic and empathetic charisma, so that I immediately found the atmosphere between us - also in the online format - pleasant and familiar. Some sentences, images and feelings from our session still accompany me now and have inspired me to take a step that was very important for me. I felt very well taken care of, everything was explained to me very well and wishes were also taken into account. Despite the video format which was necessary through Corona, I did not have the feeling that it would have harmed the flow of conversation.
I have received some thought-provoking impulses and tips through the conversation, which I now only have to implement in my everyday life.
The format is already the second with Xenia and I can only recommend her.

I was really flabbergasted how well you can work out results with Ms. Jürgensen within a short time.
Already after the first hour I could see my issues with a fresh eye and floated out of the practice with an ease.
She knows exactly where to pull the levers and gives the right thought-provoking impulses in her positive energy. Goal-oriented and constructive.

I already have therapy experience and was actually rather skeptical about coaching before. Now I am a fan - at least of Ms. Jürgensen.
