Very pleased with Martin's professional demeanor and incorporation of my personal needs into the training.
Always reliable and very considerate of overall physical condition and immediate adjustment of training plans when needed. Very varied training and a lot of emphasis is placed on good warm-up and mobility, which is very important for a professional athlete. There are also regular performance checks made, where you can see clear performance changes.

Martin is undoubtedly a first-class athletic trainer who is passionate about the development of his athletes. His expertise and experience are clearly evident in the training sessions. It is evident that he has incredible expertise and has been in the profession for many years. His knowledge of different sports is also impressive. Martin knows exactly which muscle groups need to be strengthened to optimize performance, endurance and strength. We can recommend Martin without reservation.

Martin is an excellent athletic trainer, who has increased the fitness level quickly and well through many individual sessions. Diagnosis and training concept was completely new, within a very short time coordinative deficits could be identified and improved with targeted training. I am particularly convinced by the holistic approach, the training with Martin is highly professional and 100% effective.
This is proven by his successes with world class athletes such as Alexis Pinturault and Lindsey Vonn who achieved extraordinary results under his supervision.

Had prepared for my third half marathon with Martin's help. With Martin's training I was fitter than ever, felt fitter than ever at 52 years old, had 19% fat percentage - not so bad for a woman - without dieting, just through targeted training. Despite a full time job and family, the training plan fit perfectly into my everyday life. Thanks Martin!!!

Martin Hager is a very experienced and very competent athletic trainer. There is no better trainer in this field. Through every training session with him, a significant improvement in physical stability and fitness is noticeable. Our son enjoys going to Mr. Hager for training and has greatly minimized his susceptibility to injury. Both young and older competitive athletes benefit enormously from his training.

The collaboration with Martin was extremely positive from day one. The training as preparation for the participation in triathlon competitions (Ironman), was constantly developed on the basis of performance diagnostic tests and thus improved the performance. Martin brings as an experienced, empathetic trainer and coach a variety of skills that it takes to achieve his personal goal.

Recommendation
For almost 2 years, injuries have prevented me from practicing my competitive sport properly. Since I've been doing Martin's athletic training, I finally see hope to train properly again. I now train up to 10 times a week again and feel physically stronger and more powerful than before. I can only recommend Martin's training to anyone who wants to train hard and a lot without injuring themselves by overloading. They cater to all different circumstances individually to create the perfect athletic training for each person.

The best athletic and conditioning training in Upper Bavaria... ideal for competitive athletes. As a mother I drove with my son several times a month over 180km per training. It is very worthwhile. Martin gets the best out.... If you want to stay uninjured and do intense sports, you should try YAAC - Youth Athlete and Athletic Coaching with Martin.

Safety for my child - A professional fitness coach that prevents injuries.

As a concerned parent, my child's safety during workouts is of utmost importance to me. I am therefore extremely grateful that my child had the support of a professional fitness coach who was careful to prevent injuries.

Not only does the fitness coach have extensive expertise, but he also has the ability to cater to my daughter's individual needs and abilities. Through his professional guidance and supervision, he was able to ensure that she was performing proper technique and form during the exercises.

The coach's patient and compassionate manner helped her feel comfortable and confident. He made the workouts age appropriate and adjusted the load accordingly to avoid overuse or injury.

Thanks to the coach's professional training, she was able to not only improve her physical fitness, but also build self-confidence. As a father, I am extremely satisfied with the results and can fully recommend this fitness coach, especially for parents who want to ensure the safety of their children during training.
