Very good advice from Mr. Pfleger, who, in contrast to other providers I contacted, took the time to come on site.
It was very pleasant to clarify the requirements in a personal conversation instead of sending e-mails back and forth forever.
Even the discrepancies in the foundation made by a local company could be quickly resolved tel. between site manager and craftsman.
The construction was done quickly and without any problems by the competent Zapf team. For the traffic jam on the highway and the resulting delay, the installers could of course nothing.
For the customer service I have now already awarded 5 stars although I could not yet test it because there was no occasion.

We are very satisfied with the overall handling of our garage. From the purchase, to the support afterwards, to the installation, there is not really much to complain about. We were very well looked after by Mr. Pfleger (sales) beyond the purchase. Especially with technical questions we could always turn to Mr. Pfleger. Also the office staff with Mr. Sander and other employees were always very helpful and could answer almost all questions. If something remained open, the answer was answered internally and answered me via mail or by phone in the follow-up. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the garage was dirty due to weather conditions. Also the window jammed a bit when opening. However, it must be mentioned that I was contacted at short notice after the acceptance and confirmed to me the receipt of the defects, which the installer recorded in the protocol after construction. In addition, I was promised the elimination of defects. I am currently waiting for an appointment proposal from the scheduling department. But as I have now been able to get to know Zapf, I will certainly not be disappointed here and am sure that an appointment for the elimination of the defects will follow soon.

Very good advice from Mr. Pfleger. Has taken time for us and the most important, he has looked at the conditions on site unlike the competitors. The customer service afterwards due to a complaint has been poor so far because after 5 weeks no one has reported back. However, our salesman is taking care of it.
