We are very satisfied with the overall handling of our garage. From the purchase, to the support afterwards, to the installation, there is not really much to complain about. We were very well looked after by Mr. Pfleger (sales) beyond the purchase. Especially with technical questions we could always turn to Mr. Pfleger. Also the office staff with Mr. Sander and other employees were always very helpful and could answer almost all questions. If something remained open, the answer was answered internally and answered me via mail or by phone in the follow-up. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the garage was dirty due to weather conditions. Also the window jammed a bit when opening. However, it must be mentioned that I was contacted at short notice after the acceptance and confirmed to me the receipt of the defects, which the installer recorded in the protocol after construction. In addition, I was promised the elimination of defects. I am currently waiting for an appointment proposal from the scheduling department. But as I have now been able to get to know Zapf, I will certainly not be disappointed here and am sure that an appointment for the elimination of the defects will follow soon.
