Once again, I had two employees of the company Zastrau with us today. And you have left as always a great job. Despite intermittent heavy rain, work continued.
Problems with the implementation of the task were found and implemented at short notice and professionally.
I would also like to emphasize the helpfulness of the employees in the case of unscheduled requests that had nothing to do with the order. Thank you again in this way.
I can only recommend Zastrau.
And if I have something again I will turn to you again.

We had all the windows in an existing building modernized and some of them structurally modified. We are very satisfied with Zastrau, especially the communication is fast, friendly and customer-oriented. The employees are also very friendly, work carefully and understand what they are doing.

The fitters arrived on site super punctually, covered everything immediately and then brought the equipment to the workplace. Accruing dirt was immediately removed with a powerful vacuum cleaner. Problems that became apparent during the removal of the elements were responded to calmly and very competently. At no time did I get the impression of being helpless or in need of advice. All the materials needed (even those not planned!) were available, so that no time had to be wasted on "procurement trips". Everything was done calmly and conscientiously. Despite necessary caulking work, I didn't even have to vacuum after the work was completed. In previous work on our newly acquired home, NO other tradesman has worked so neatly and left the site so clean! I am very impressed.

What I can not yet judge are the long-term qualities of the delivered awning. Otherwise, we have experienced an excellent service through the company Zastrau: from the initial consultation in terms of execution and design of the awning to the installation (clean work,very competent, very good communication and instruction) to the settlement in the area "billing". Everywhere friendly , competent contact . We will recommend the company Zastrau.
