It was an emergency repair after a break-in on Friday 22.12.2023, the last working day before Christmas. Another company had left me with the damage. I called Zeidler at around 11:00 am. I got an immediate confirmation by phone and the fitter was there at around 1:30 pm. The patio door was repaired within an hour so that the house was securely locked again.
Overall, very good execution of the order, professionally competent and always available for questions and problems. They also responded to customer requests without any problems. The only restriction was the quotation calculation regarding the hours to be worked, which was significantly too low. Despite this, I am happy to recommend the Zeidler company!
We noticed a high level of expertise and experience right from the measurement stage. After an annoying wait due to the window manufacturer's delivery problems, the old window was removed and the new window installed quickly and to a high standard. Even unavoidable damage caused by the removal of the old window was repaired without a trace. The only thing missing were instructions for future care.
Our project was executed on schedule with the highest level of competence. Through the super networking of the company Zeidler I received a complete solution, which went beyond the pure glass. Any time again 👍
Zeidler are absolute professionals! We had several defective windows, which were repaired within a few hours after a short call. Without a long appointment, simply immediately. It does not get any better than that.
The offer came quickly and clearly. The installation date of a window pane dragged on a bit, but was still reasonable. The installers were very punctual, friendly, I had no complaints.
The window pane was installed professionally. I would hire Zeidler again and will recommend them to others around me.
As requested, prompt and absolutely professional execution of our order; very polite treatment of us customers when placing the order and execution. We were very satisfied and would use the company again at any time. Clear recommendation.
Despite greater distance and rather small order, very schnells response and implementation of the repair work. Absolute satisfaction and definitely recommendable!
