I was a participant of the course and I am more than satisfied. I have already experienced some training courses. But in my opinion, none is comparable to this one. Very practice-oriented confrontation with the topic. Theoretical parts are inserted in such a way that one is still receptive and results/solutions are anchored in such a way that they are still available to one after the training. Despite the temporary omission of a lecturer, the training was carried out with the same contents and the same success. Although it was a training for the participants I would like to emphasize the cordiality and the permamente responsiveness of the lecturers. They always ensured a perfect feel-good atmosphere and were thus also responsible for an outstanding group experience. Overall, I can highly recommend the training. Thank you again.

I felt pleasantly challenged and at the same time in good hands. The training was lively because there was a good mix of practical exercises and theoretical units. After I had already done the SAGT(R) training and the Professional Coach for Bullying Prevention and Intervention with Andreas, I didn't have to think twice and also added the Professional Coach for Professional De-escalation Management.
Within the framework of the FPDM(R) training, one receives a broad spectrum of practical tools and learnable and applicable methods for one's own professional context or for conducting one's own trainings. Andreas manages to make the seminars lively, moving and consistently interesting. There are NO long and boring PowerPoint presentations, but a lot of room for practical testing and training. The self-experience gained through this and the subsequent reflections are, in my view, a great gift. Last but not least, the training has also brought about lasting new views in my attitude and in dealing with other people.
In addition to the topics, Andreas impresses with his humorous, appreciative and motivated manner, which means that the seminars are/will never be boring.
I will come to Essen more often to do further training with Andreas, because he has completely convinced me.

Last year I phoned Andreas Sandvoß to find out about the SAGT(R) training. Until then, I had also googled other providers. After the phone call it was clear to me that I would like to do the training with him. So it started in May....and what can I say.....my expectations that I had after the phone call were not only met, but clearly exceeded. In addition to the topics of the training, Andreas impressed me with his professionalism, his way of dealing with people and his energy for what he does. When a trainer then brings along a big bag of humor and appreciation...BINGO....Geflasht!!!! Therefore, in addition to the SAGT training, I also took the Professional Coach Bullying Prevention/Intervention and the Professional Coach Professional De-escalation Management with him. I am completely convinced, so I will also do further training with Andreas. YES!!!!

P.S. At the end, a big thank you to Andreas' trainer colleagues, who have expanded and enriched the training in such a great way!
