After a one-day workshop for doctoral students, we set up a coworking group "Writing Group - External Control" and also met a few times (hybrid). Now we continue to use "External Control" in meetings of two or three. A new reading group has also been set up.
About me: After initially trying out a few methods after our workshop (including Pomodoro), I have now developed a good rhythm and have good phases of concentration and work. I am therefore very pleased to have received some valuable impulses from the workshop (generally on processes, phases of concentration, focus, etc.) (for example, I try to plan my days quite stringently the evening before and formulate realistic goals for the day). However, I have heard of others who have been working with specific methods ever since.
