My primary goal in the career coaching with Ms. Dolzycka was to sharpen my professional profile, which I considered diffuse. Through her targeted questions and empathetic understanding of my situation, we were able to work out together in which area my strengths lie and how I can positively reinterpret my negative perspectives, so that I thereby gained the necessary confidence in my appearance with regard to my profession in the most diverse situations. The first two hours were already groundbreaking and have fundamentally and sustainably changed my view of myself and my profession for the better.
I took advantage of coaching with Dr. Dolzycka as part of a challenging application process and benefited greatly from it. Dr. Dolzycka prepared herself very well spontaneously, precisely grasped the requirements of my situation and supported me in working on the points that were important to me and my counterpart in a targeted manner. This enabled me to go into the interview confidently and relaxed and to show myself from my best side.

I've worked with her on a combination of long-term business and personal life goals and achieved great clarity during sessions. The fees are not necessarily cheap, but absolutely worth the money. I see real improvements regarding the discussed problems. With the provided guidance, I found the solutions myself.
