Unfortunately, I must note that in our case several errors occurred such as wrong contribution, number error, wrong mail address on my application but correct on that of my wife. I received 2 callbacks from ladies who had little idea and told me that this was not your area of responsibility, although it was clear what to talk about => why do these ladies call customers when they have no (false) idea of the matter, this is incredibly damaging to business. In the mail traffic a not comprehensible inaccuracy in explanatory passages, which brings the customer again to think, follow up and call so that one then calls the insurer to get accurate information. I am really very negatively surprised, because I think I could have made the same conclusion easy on the Internet alone without the trouble and the occurring misunderstandings.
