I don't know of any other place in NRW that offers Encounter. Christiane Hellwig fills a gap here and opens up the space for self-reflection and personal development in the group. I have found her support to be very enriching, appreciative and highly competent. For me, it was a great opportunity to get to know myself better, to resonate more with my own issues, to become more aware of how I enter into relationships and how I step out of them. And also a privilege to participate in the issues of others. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to invest in the quality of their own counseling.

Some time ago, I completed my further training with the DACB. Since then, I have been working with this wonderful approach, particularly in the management of employees, in a wide variety of teams and with a wide variety of issues. The approach and attitude have become an essential part of communication for me. The training has helped me to position myself more clearly and to lead in a more unambiguous and consensual way.
Christiane Hellwig and her team conveyed the seminar content in a particularly respectful and competent manner. They repeatedly created new opportunities and gave impulses that I still use today in my daily work and have left me with a good feeling of further development.

I found the coaching training at the DACB very interesting and enriching. The composition of the training content was informative and varied. Theoretical content was always supplemented by practical exercises, so that what was learned could be deepened and integrated well. In addition, there was always enough room for own content and topics.
The premises are in a quiet location, but still well connected. There I was able to switch off from everyday life and fully engage with the course content.
The course days were also very well organized and processes were communicated transparently, which made it easier for me to organize my own professional/family life around the seminar days.
I found Christiane Hellwig to be a very approachable lecturer who enjoyed teaching and was able to engage well with her students.

The training was very valuable for me. Christiane Hellwig and her cooperation partners conducted a great training, both personally and professionally. Following the professional contents, these were always practiced with large portions in practical units. Case situations were tested and reflected upon both bilaterally and in groups.

The professional expertise is pronounced on a scientific level, accordingly, the seminar documents and literature references have been provided qualitatively on this level.

From the very beginning there was a very trusting atmosphere in the group, so that we were able to have intensive and very personal discussions already on the first day. We went straight into medias res.

The days of further training were always a source of inspiration for me. Therefore, I looked forward to every single day very much. At the end of each day I was satisfied and exhausted in view of the very intensive work in the group - and with myself!

Therefore, I can recommend the DACB without reservation!

I found my further training as a person-centered integrative coach very enriching. I felt very well met at the beginning and especially appreciated that a lot of emphasis was placed on the growing together of the group.
The individual modules are very substantial: well-founded background knowledge, intensive self-awareness, practical coaching exercises, sufficient space for reflection and feedback.
In this way I was able to grow more and more naturally into the role of a coach.
In my opinion, this further training stands out from the usual coaching further training offers, because the person-centered approach is deeply human. The relationship as an effective factor in the coaching process and the attitude of the coach to meet the coachee appreciatively, empathically and always at eye level, as well as to take into account the own experience, make this humanistic approach, in addition to other factors, so valuable, especially in our time. Instead of self-optimization and career coaching at any price, it is about the development of the individual personality towards harmony with oneself.
I can definitely recommend the training: not only to aspiring coaches, but to everyone who has to deal with people in any form!

I can only wholeheartedly recommend the DACB training: The learning process was very intensive, also busy, and for me it doesn't end with the certificate, simply because the approach and the contents are so widely applicable that I really fall back on them every day, in my professional and private life, in dealing with others as well as in dealing with myself. Everything fit: the group compositions, the instructors, the opportunities for self-awareness and the development opportunities for one's own personality - I am quite experienced in further education, but I have never benefited from an offer as much as I have here.

I have been searching for a long time for a suitable training that deals intensively with the topic of attitude. I found it in the coaching training of the DACB. After many different trainings, which mostly focus on methods and direct influence on the coachee, the approach of Carl Rogers appealed to me very much.

In terms of content, this was impressively presented in the training, both theoretically and, above all, practically. The (self-)reflection and the interaction with individuals and in the group brought my understanding to a new level: There is something important between people that is often less considered and that is the relationship.

In addition, Christiane perfectly integrated the various topics, some of which I already knew from my studies or other training courses, into the attitude. The training brought and brings me very much further and I am surprised myself how different but very good the nodirect counseling now works in my work.

The DACB coaching training has significantly strengthened and sustainably professionalized my professional self-image as a coach. The interdisciplinary approach of PIC convinced me from the very beginning and today offers me a strong foundation for my coaching practice. I will not forget the intensive time in a small, appreciative group, which offered me many professional and personal impulses and encouragement for my own further development. Christiane Hellwig created a space for genuine encounter and always accompanied the many insights and processes of change in an empathetic, coherent and professional manner. With her, I was able to experience and internalize how genuine attention and a precise understanding of the other person set meaningful developments in motion. A profound experience that I am happy to pass on to my own coachees. I can recommend DACB without reservation.

The coaching approach is based on a deep theory foundation and a person-centered attitude. This attitude guided the training, it gave me orientation and meaning. But in the process we were not to become theory experts, but also to experience our own knowledge. The team of trainers succeeded in this! It was highly competent, appreciative, approachable and wise. Everyone in our group was guided to their individual experiences - because becoming a coach is more than applying techniques. I am very grateful for this experience!

As a human resources developer, it is increasingly important to address the goals and needs of the company, its managers and their employees. This can only be achieved if one has an individual repertoire of actions and tools. To expand this repertoire was my motivation for the coaching training at the DACB. However, I not only expanded my PE competencies there, but also gained a deeper understanding of myself. It was only in the course of my coaching training that I realized what the phrase: "the person of the coach the most important instrument in coaching" really means: people develop not only cognitively, but also emotionally and through the relationship. Thank you for allowing me to experience this again and again! The learning processes have been particularly intense and touching. It has been an exciting journey. In addition, there is an integrative knowledge that connects different levels in an extraordinarily fruitful way. I did my coaching training at the DACB and it gave me an incredible amount. The training is very practical and we quickly got into the implementation. Our leader Christiane Hellwig was always appreciative, patient, empathetic, clear and experienced. The instructors used also all had immense expertise with inspiring personalities.
