That was a convincing team broker performance! Our 8 FH in Frankfurt-West was unfortunately not an easy marketing task due to the tenant structure, but the estate agent was able to arrange viewing appointments despite resistance and also make really good agreements with the tenant and subsequent buyer. All the necessary documents were obtained thanks to the good work and excellent contacts. We achieved the desired purchase price and were able to complete the handover within 6 weeks. We will only sell our other two houses through Adler Immobilien - we have gained full confidence in the company.
