The tools presented were well presented and practiced. This makes a good own application and implementation of what has been learned after the seminar well possible.
I attended a workshop with Mr. Endler and was totally enthusiastic. With his calm and relaxed manner, Mr. Endler had the group, the time and especially the goal of the workshop under control at all times. I especially liked the fact that Mr. Endler also provided a lot of input beyond the actual topic and thus more than inspired us all. The next workshop is already booked and I am really looking forward to it.
Michael Endler shows you with clear words exactly the solution approaches that you would not have thought of yourself. He shows you ways to be even more successful in your job. In particular, he advises you as a manager if you have employees whom you need to take by the hand in order to move forward together as a team in the company.

I experienced Michael Endler in the context of a lecture. The topic was: How goals are achieved and make companies more successful. Not only was the generally known SMART formula presented, but also the various upstream aspects that are necessary to achieve goals were discussed. You can see that there is deep knowledge here and I believe that it makes sense to get impulses and support from time to time on the way to achieving goals. A great lecture, which has inspired me. Thank you very much for this, we will certainly hear from you soon.
In the meantime, I was able to experience Michael live in Germany and abroad at several workshops in the field of personal development and I am highly enthusiastic about his empathy, his profound knowledge, but above all about his ability to recognize obstructive patterns and to dissolve them effectively.
I was allowed to get to know Michael and thus allyvator through a joint coaching trip, where we were not only allowed to spend a lot of time together, but I was also able to learn an incredible amount from him.
What makes him and his concept for me is that he clearly stands out from the "coaching mainstream" and really accompanies people and you don't just leave a conversation briefly motivated.
He has an incredible empathy and perfectly assesses when I myself already know the best solution for me (and brings one through targeted questioning to the "knowledge") and when it is still missing additional information or skills.
He very thoughtfully and purposefully switches the roles of coach and teacher and thus creates great change processes in his clients and at the same time provides models/constructs for their own work after the conversation.
