Thank you from the bottom of my heart for YOU, your infectious, motivating and empowering nature and for your invaluable work at the dance and awareness workshop "Strengthen your inner child" and at the school workshop "Strengthening children with heart"!
I was really looking forward to the dance workshop with you, as I was/am already completely enthusiastic about your loving and appreciative work with our school children and was able to take away some valuable tips and tools for myself.
The dance workshop completely exceeded my expectations! I particularly liked the alternation between the profound exploration of consciousness and the lightness created by the wonderfully selected music and the lively dances.
The self-experiences were overwhelming and deeply touching in the most positive sense!
Thanks to your gentle and sensitive guidance and support, I was able to fully engage with myself and get closer to my inner child than ever before. Thanks to you, dear Anke, I now know what is important, was able to make peace with my inner child and experience pure self-love.
I now walk through life with renewed strength and light-footedness, see things more clearly, am completely with myself and can also, after such a short time, see a huge change both internally and externally.

Dear Anke,
Our 3-month program is now coming to an end and I would like to take this opportunity today to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
Your program has truly changed my whole life - first completely turned upside down & decluttered and then the rise came like the phoenix from the ashes. :)
Through you and your work, I managed to rediscover myself and my inner child and subsequently got to know them very well.
I was able to discover things about myself that were not visible to me before - you made it possible for me. Injuries were allowed to heal and new, wonderful personal qualities came to light, which I can now live out.
I am closer to myself than ever before and I am infinitely grateful to you for that!
I see things much more clearly and calmly. I can deal with challenges well. They no longer knock me down - the lows are short-lived and I can still be happy and emerge stronger. I love myself exactly as I am and have learned to give myself what is good for me. I can now look after myself and my needs very well because I have learned to feel them and give them space.
The motto "From frustration to lust for life" has worked out perfectly for me.

Wow, I am attending Anke Obermayer's 3-month moving mentoring program and every day I am amazed at the positive changes in my life. I came to the workshop and continue to come into deep contact with my inner parts. Anke is very careful and mindful with whatever comes up. The mixture of dance, teamwork and creative elements is wonderful. The organization around the physical well-being was also fabulous. It is a lifetime of keeping at it, learning, growing and integrating emerging themes. Thank you Anke.

My son (10 yrs) did the cell phone driving license with Anke. Even though he didn't feel like it at first, Anke managed to get him excited about the topic in just a few minutes, so he had such a blast and learned a lot about using social media in the process. The setting was perfect for the kids, it was very interactive and the dance at the end was great :-) I can recommend Anke 100%!

I was at the workshop Keeping Boundaries, the Way to Self-Love and Self-Acceptance.
I can recommend the workshop to everyone. Maintaining boundaries concerns all people. No one feels good when his/her boundaries are not respected or when you yourself cross the boundaries of others.
For me it was very healing and very enriching. I feel more at home with myself and more accepting of myself as I am now. I also have new possibilities how to support myself even better.

An impressive woman!

The "Heal your inner child" workshop showed me that deep consciousness work can be playful and light. The workshop was so healing. Since then, a lot has changed in my life, I am in connection with my inner child and clearly feel the loving, empowering responsibility I feel for it as an adult me.
