For me, it's the person who makes the difference. And I felt very well advised by Mr. Alexander Schmitz, of course, but above all I felt understood as a person, because he was very nuanced and sensitive to me. I was able to spend a very nice and interactively pleasant time at Halle and was also "conquered" by a pair of glasses that complement me wonderfully in many respects and have since given me daily pleasure. The Halle team - including Mr. Halle himself, whom I was fortunate enough to get to know - really convinced me, and Mr. Alexander Schmitz deserves my very special thanks!

Have already bought a few pairs of glasses there. The consultations (and of course the then purchased glasses) were always very good. They take their time and even suggest alternatives. That is "good service" for me.

I have been a Halle customer for 43 years now, what more can I say. I am extremely satisfied, because all glasses were perfectly adjusted and I even had no adjustment difficulties with my first varifocals. Here they really always take time for me and my eyes. But the best thing is the personal atmosphere. I am not only served in a friendly manner, but I am also warmly welcomed and always look forward to coming back. Many thanks to the entire Halle team.

Although I only wanted a non-binding consultation, the consultant had taken a lot of time for me. In the end, I decided to buy glasses from Halle. They advised me very patiently and competently and gave me the feeling that I was in the right place. I am very satisfied with my new glasses.

A super optician!
The advice is great and the team very competent and friendly. Even special requests are met! So with me the temples were exchanged color and the glasses were settled at the same price.
Unfortunately, I lost my almost new sunglasses this year and Mr. Halle got me the glasses no longer in the range again and kindly sold at a lower price. That was great
As a Dortmund resident, I will always go back to Halle Optik in Eving!
