I had accident damage to the front of the car to repair. When I picked up the car, I was only given the key and told where the car was. Nobody showed me the car and explained what had been done. I then saw that the blinker was very loose and called an employee. He said that the blinker was not properly attached and fixed the problem. When I explicitly asked what exactly had been done, I at least received a brief answer.
As a customer, I actually expect to be shown the car and have the repair explained to me after the damage has been repaired. After all, I'm signing for it.
And then not everything is perfect, indicators loose. If I hadn't checked it myself, I would have had to drive an extra 60 km. That's not possible.
