Very pleasant, detailed and informative conversation; all necessary and important questions on my part were answered precisely and in detail by the sales manager in an informative and understandable manner. The service staff were very friendly and discussed everything with me. The processing of my vehicle was completed faster than discussed. Of course I was very pleased about that. I am satisfied.

The waiting time for the tire change was pleasantly shortened by hot sausage,
coffee, tea, cool drinks and cake.
Only the hot dog roll cannot replace a farmer's or broom bread
with sausage and mustard.

The composition of the costs was clarified and explained before the start of the work, and only the necessary tests were invoiced. The existing discount due to the Big Deal was also taken into account.
After changing the tires, the bolts were checked again the next day despite the lunch break and this was done within a short waiting time.
I also received good advice at the service point and would therefore recommend Autohaus Neff to others.

My personal opinion, I am very satisfied

Compared to other US cars from Ford and Dodge that were or still are in my fleet, your service costs for the Camaro are more than double, although the technical requirements for this are not clear to me, as all brands are to be regarded as low tech. Apparently, the usual rates for European cars are charged here. Example: Regular service Dodge Challenger at your neighbor Heermann & Rhein: 350 Euro. Costs 800 for your Camaro. Furthermore, there are no clear statements about service intervals. My vehicle was serviced in the summer of 2023 and now - allegedly required - again after 4,000 km of driving. This means that the service costs have not actually doubled compared to the Dodge above, but quadrupled.... to avoid misunderstandings: It's not the approximately €2k that I've left with you in the last 8 months, including additional services, that's upsetting me, but the fact that I don't really feel that's reasonable.
