My personal experience relates to the cooperation with Mr. Tim Ruttke. I can recommend Mr. Ruttke in almost every respect. Especially to real estate newcomers. Humanly, the cooperation has always been very good. Also the conditions were very good and he always tries to get the best conditions out.

Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a tad too long, of course, this was often due to the banks (Corona and home office, etc.). Since Mr. Ruttke is always training and is so up to date, he has often been at seminars, etc. and was therefore not always optimal to reach. I have recommended Mr. Ruttke to others and also my friends were extremely satisfied and got super conditions.
Personally, I no longer work with Mr. Ruttke, because at some point he was not optimal for me to reach for the reasons mentioned above and because I have lost one or two very good properties because of this and other reasons.
There were also some properties where Mr. Ruttke did not manage to get financing (e.g. too many units in one building, etc.), which the other financiers managed, because there was a very good personal connection to the banks.
So conclusion: all good, recommend for great conditions, but if it is a little more complicated objects or you are self-employed, etc. you should at least consult a second financier before you lose the object.
