"Dear Mr. Ritter,
please allow me to write down some lines on your page with the aim to reach all the people who want to put their hard saved or still to be earned money into their own home or are planning to do so or have already done so like us.
It is completely not to be rejected from the hand that most owners/women are simply overtaxed with the monitoring of their building project. I do not exclude myself in the meantime.
Unfortunately, this weak point is exploited, sometimes unscrupulously, by craftsmen, construction managers and architects for selfish reasons and to the detriment of the building owner.
As you know from our current case, my wife and I have paid all bills conscientiously, so that craftsmen and architects can do justice to their own families. But at what price I ask myself today. I still remember exactly the words of some craftsmen who were active in my building project. To whom I gave my trust and I relied on their professional competence. What was praised our for the craftsmen positive payment morale to not zusagen even praised.Schall and smoke I say today to it. One is interesting for the architect, likewise for the craftsmen only so long, until contracts are signed. After that it looks quite different.
With eyewash, lies and deliberate deception, people who follow the desire for themselves and their families to create their own home are deceived and deprived of their hard-earned money.
It is me a need honored Mr. knight them to their successful company name including logo to congratulate. Your company name may not seem appropriate or even exaggerated for some people, but I would like to encourage you in all honesty to have chosen the absolutely right name for your company.
"Crime Scene Construction". The construction site as a crime scene. Far too often, this very place is the scene of negligence and, in my opinion, intentional damage to the detriment of the building owner. Irresponsible handling of other people's property and abuse of trust.
Without thinking more closely about whether the actions of some craftsmen and architects cause families to lose all their possessions or destroy their livelihoods.
I as an official of the country Baden-Wuerttemberg know exactly from what I speak. I condemn in the grossest way and abhor this inhuman, criminal and selfish as well as egoistic and partly indifferent behavior of those who call themselves craftsmen, construction managers or architects.
With every submitted invoice, one usually pays with one's hard-earned money for the services rendered by a craftsman, construction manager or architect, and that for one's own home. Thus one should be allowed to think nevertheless that also all work is accomplished to satisfaction with best knowledge and conscience to the advantage of the paying owner. Regrettably, I was taught better. Instead, there is sloppiness, work is simply forgotten or deliberately omitted, but in a fraudulent manner accounted for.
If someone wants to tell me today that you, Mr. Ritter, chose your company name wrongly at that time, then you are welcome to forward it to me and my wife and we are happy to have a constructive discussion.
What else is one supposed to think as a bruised builder-owner when, like me, one has paid several hundred thousand euros in invoices and then has to be told afterwards by a competent Mr. Ritter that work on our building project was not carried out professionally, but that this work was accepted as good workmanship by a site manager I trust. What is one to think about this, when righteous craftsmen are no longer even able to assess defects and raise necessary concerns. Instead, they simply continue to work as if everything was in order. As a builder, what are you supposed to think when you come to the conclusion that the architect you trust is blindly relying on his own employees and tradesmen instead of checking up on the building site himself? In retrospect, it is not very satisfying for me and my wife to realize that the work of our architect, who enjoyed our trust, consisted only of collecting almost 38,000 € with his alleged good name.
Dear Mr. Ritter, I can only speak for myself. I am very happy that it came to a meeting between you and us here from the Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis. I admit that I did not find it particularly pleasant when you drew my attention with your expertise to the deficiencies existing in my house and the resulting inconvenience. But it also brings hope and courage to fight for one's rights and also the opportunity to fight certain people.
Dear visitors of this site, if you have taken the time to read my entry, please allow me to give you some unknown advice. Do not hesitate as I hesitated to take a building expert into your boat if necessary, because you have respect for any additional costs for an expert. If I consider today in the retrospect the building result and the damage connected with it which counts first still to my disadvantage, then the costs of the achievements of a building expert appear to me as a well invested money objectively regarded appropriately. Especially since, as in our case, acceptable agreements could be reached with Mr. Ritter.
If my wife and I had had the knowledge in 2006, which we have today, we would have calculated with bordering on certainty the costs for a competent construction supervision by a building expert. We would have saved ourselves a great deal of trouble and stomachache.
I would like to thank Mr. Ritter at this point for his sincere and competent performance so far, also on behalf of my wife. In my personal environment it does not remain understandably way from the fact that about our home problem one speaks. It will be a personal concern for me to praise the company "Tatort-Bau" as well as Mr. Ritter himself positively. I have the hope to be able to master with Mr. Ritter at the side the things, which come there still on us. His commitment is great!!!
