We were received very sweet and nice.
They responded to our wishes, we were very surprised what advice we were given, the couch shape as the back must be on the mattress, etc.. It is rare to find such advice.
We have found a new bed store for us where we would definitely buy again and forward to our family and friends that werden☺️👍If we had to give 10 stars ⭐️ I would give even more.

Our path to a dreamy sleeping experience began with the brilliant, friendly and confidential consultation with Ms. Heumer at the Münster location. Our two small children were also warmly involved. They were allowed to test lie down, paint, they were provided with toys and were accordingly thrilled! In the next step, we were called by a nice employee of the Vetriebs from Dortmund, who responded to all our wishes and questions when arranging the delivery date. Finally, I would like to put the two employees who dismantled our waterbed and built the new box spring bed at the absolute top in the evaluation. The two were the hammer! Super friendly, courteous and absolutely expeditious and clean. Starting with the shoe covers, which were put back on every time we walked into the house, to the cardboard display to protect the floors as well as the explanations of the functions and care of the bed.
Our sleep feeling is since then simply fantastically. There one does not like to get up at all more.....

We bought our new box spring bed here. I must say the advice was very individual and perfectly adapted to us. Mr. Eisbrich is very responsive to our wishes, questions and needs. It was very informative. Of course, it takes six to eight weeks until then the bed was delivered. Also the delivery went super smoothly one has also taken the old bed directly and that ran like clockwork. From the service and offer I can only recommend you.

Since we could no longer sleep well on our waterbed, we went to Bormann to inform us about a box spring bed. The advice was worth a full 5 stars. Such competent advice and service as from Mr. Pothmann is unparalleled! Also the assembly service by Mr. Küllmei and Mr. Schenk were TOP and the quality of the beds is also very good 😜.
We previously had another Boxsspringbett, this is no comparison at all!!!
