Best Lover has helped me a lot.
I am male and 25 years old at the time of the coaching. Before coaching with Best Lover, I had already completed other coaching sessions in the area of personal development and dating. Although I had been on dates with pretty, interesting girls even before Best Lover, I sabotaged myself incredibly often. I had enormous insecurities when it came to sex. To be honest, I haven't completely solved my problem yet, but I now know exactly where the cause lies and how I can continue to use the coaching materials and exercises to solve the problem in the long term. I still have access to all the materials two years after the program and can continue to practice.
My personal coach Petrissa was always there for me if I had any questions and I had several individual one-to-one sessions with her. This was a very good addition to the topic-specific calls in which we exchanged ideas with the coaches and other participants.
I can recommend Best Lover with a clear conscience! Ultimately, it was a great investment in my own well-being.

Get ready for something! This course really did a lot for me. A new, positive self-image. The freedom to classify my own behavior patterns. And simple methods to change stressful habits. It's certainly an intensive program and you have to get involved with very personal issues. But the support, especially in the 1:1 counseling, is really good. Here you will find professional help for your problems. And your partner will love you for it!

I think the Best Lover program is outstanding. All the staff at Best Lover put their hearts into it and have relevant, serious training and many years of experience.

The program follows a clear methodology that is scientifically/empirically based. The mix of prepared e-learning modules, workbooks to document personal experiences as you go through the modules and, above all, personal support from a coach are appropriate and reasonable in terms of effort.

The coach guides you through the modules, advises you and is virtually always available for questions etc. via agreed calls and WhatsApp. You can open up to the coach and are always taken seriously and well looked after. My coach Petrissa is extremely competent and friendly and also worked with me to identify individual areas of focus in the program.

My successes came quickly: I became much more aware of my sexuality and can now communicate better/more openly with my partner about my wishes and problems. I can now fully enjoy and let myself fall into the sexual situation with her. My individual problem (repeatedly failing to achieve an erection) has gradually disappeared. You gain more self-confidence in and around bed and also in normal life, which radiates.

There are no taboos in the support with the coach, you can discuss everything, really everything, that moves you, that you have always wanted to know. Be it new sexual practices or how to classify the topic of escort / paid sex and how to use it if you are interested.

I can therefore only recommend working with Best Lover to any man who has one of the above-mentioned "problems" or who wants to take his sexuality to a new level. There are also programs like "Slow Sex" or the "Sexuality of Women", where you learn new "practices" and/or learn more about the woman's body and needs.

An essential learning of the program: how to act as a "Best Lover" during sex is not automatically given, you should train it like a sport and expand your knowledge about it. And always be relaxed and relaxed. Sex is not a competitive sport, it is there for enjoyment etc. VG!
